I've been *making* Solstice Gift Givers for well over twenty years. In fact, I began making them to *avoid* having to buy them. I've been around dozens of other makers, and seen work I deeply admired. Until this morning, I have never bought one. . . .
His name is Ded Moroz, and he's Ukrainian.

Gotta love him, and just think that the solstice this year is commemorated by an eclipse of the moon.
