Patchworking lines for the Farmer....


He had a farmers mind.
The kind developed from long afternoons
Driving around in circles
Going nowhere.


So he installed a digital player
And bought cds on e-bay.
Taught himself 3 languages
And heard all the Greek philosophies
And began on Stephen Gasiorowicz
Quantum physicists
Very demanding
Understanding
Of the world.


When he got bored with that he started studying clouds.
And particle theory.

And people driving by would always say
“Look! That cloud looks just like and angel with wings!”
Or “Will you look at that, someone must be sky writing with them smoke planes.”.
Lots of people took pictures those days. Of the unusual formations.

He tried practicing levitation,
But kept bumping his head on the cab roof.

So he always came back to the same place.
Biggest thing,
Looking after the earth,
Source of all
Planting stuff
Watching it grow.
It’s all there.
