It seems that the fellow who decided that Massachusetts should go open source for its computing needs has been hounded out of office. Whether that means that Microsoft has managed to win another one through predatory behavior is an open question.
Anyway, there's a fellow stepping forward on the Georgia coast to challenge the leader of the Republican "Theme Team" Jack Kingston and the fellow had hired some web page and communictations Gurus who happen to be from West Virginia. Never mind that their main client is Lorilard.
Why not have a look at these fellows. One claims to be involved with a linux group. That's in their favor.
